Low Carb Meatloaf

Ingredients
2 tblsp. steak seasoning or seasoned salt*Pork, fresh, ground, raw, 16 oz (remove)Ground Beef (lean), 36 oz (remove)*Yellow Onion - 1 Cup Chopped, *Fresh Zuchinni 3 cup (shredded)Egg, fresh, 4 largeGarlic powder, 1 tsp*Dry Mustard, 1 tsp Fried pork skin crushed- 2 cupTomato Sauce, no salt added, 2 cup (or 1 can)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together except for the tomato sauce.press into loaf pan(s).
spread tomato sauce evenly over the top.
bake in preheated oven.
350 degrees 1 hour
