Chickpea flour pancake

Ingredients
1/2 cup of chickpea flour1/4 salsa1/4 water
Directions
Mix all together. Spray pan with oil. Heat on medium flame. Pour batter into pan and cook 2-3 min until lightly brown. Flip and cook til browned, 2-3 min.

    These SOCCA are done so many ways! I love them and, they are nutritious. I have never done one with salsa in. I have some new cast iron pans on order and they are exactly for these and those lively corn cakes and dipping biscuits ect. You Americans do. - 3/26/15
