Easy Dark Chocolate Covered Bacon

Ingredients
2lb thick sliced bacon8 oz 70% cacao (or higher) dark chocolate2 tbsp butter
Directions
Fry the bacon in a large skillet until crisp, then dry with a paper towel; set aside.

Slowly melt the chocolate in a double boiler with the butter. Once melted, use tongs to dip the bacon slices, either whole or halfway, into the chocolate.

Let cool on parchment paper until the chocolate has hardened. Enjoy immediately, or store in a container in the refrigerator for later.
