Low-Carb Gluten-Free Applesause Bread

1 c garbanzo bean flour1 c golden flax meal1 c powdered erythritol1 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp baking soda2 tsp baking powder2 lg egg1 c unsweetend applesauce3/4 c water1/2 c walnuts
Preheat oven to 350.
In large bowl, combine all dry ingredients.
In another bowl, beat together the wet ingredients. Pour the applesauce mixture into the dry ingredients and stir just enoughto mosten the dry ingredients.
Pour into greased loaf pan.
Cook 30-40 miutes, when toothpick comes out clean.
Let cool at least 20 minutes before reoming from pan.
Serving Size: 12 slices
