1/4C vegetable broth1 medium onion, chopped1 green pepper, chopped12oz vegan meat crumbles3 15oz cans diced tomatoes45oz water13.25oz dried whole wheat elbow macaroni2tsp basil2tsp oregano2tsp thyme1/4tsp garlic salt1/2C ketchup
Heat a pan over medium heat, add vegetable broth, onion, and green pepper, and cook until tender.
Add vegan crumbles, diced tomatoes, water, macaroni, spices, & ketchup. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat, cover & simmer until macaroni is cooked and water is absorbed. About 20 minutes.
