Cilantro Salsa

Ingredients
3 Medium Large Tomatoes cut into chunks1/2 Large Sweet Onion1 or more Large Jalapenos or your favorite chili. Make it as hot as you like.1 Clove Garlic crushed or as much as you like1/4 C of chopped cilantro or as much as you like1 or 2 Tbls Extra Virgin Olive OilJuice from 1/2 a Juicy Lemon, Meyer Lemons are great and so are limes1 Tsp salt or to taste
Directions
Add everything but the Tomatoes to a food processor. Pulse to combine. Add chunked tomatoes and pulse to chunky consistency.

Serving Size: Makes about 3 cups - 1/4 cup serving size
