Ingredients
one apple cut into small pieces. 2 scoops jillian michaels vanilla whey protein powder. a few tablespoons of water. .25 cup bran flakes. mix all but bran in blender until smooth consistency. add bran, mix, place 4 equal amounts in ramekins. place in preheated 350 degree oven for 35 minutes.
