Gary's Lower Sodium Bread Machine Rye Bread

Ingredients
1 Cup Water2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter2-1/2 Cups Bread Flour1/2 Cup Rye Flour2 Tbsp Vital Wheat Gluten2 Tbsp Light Brown Sugar2 Tbsp Dry Milk1/2 Tsp Salt1 Tbsp Caraway Seed1-3/4 Tsp Bread Machine Yeast
Directions
Add water and butter to Bread Machine Pan

Add remaining dry ingredients, except yeast.

Make a crater on top of flours to keep the yeast dry, add yeast.

Place pan in Bread-maker

Select Basic Setting

Select Crust Color

Start. Go do something for 3 hours... :)

When complete, remove pan from Bread-maker, let cool for 5 - 10 minutes. Remove bread from pan and cool completely on wire rack.

Slice and Enjoy.
