3 cups all-bran1 cup boiling water1/2 cup margarine2 cups lowfat buttermilk1-1/2 cups sugar2 eggs2-1/2 cups flour2-1/2 teaspoons baking soda1 teaspoon salt1 cup mixed berries
1. Mix all wet ingredients in a large bowl
2. Mix all dry ingredients in a medium bowl
3. Fold dry ingredients into the wet ingredients in the large bowl
4. Fill muffin tin papers with batter and top with berries
5. Cook at 350 degrees for 20-25 minutes
