Homemade Chili

1 1/2 pounds ground beefOne can of pinto beansOne can of Dark red kidney beansOne can of White Kidney (Great Northern) Beans2 Cans diced tomatoesOne package of chili seasoning/ or use chili powder (about 2-3 tablespoons, however spicy you want it)saltOne onion, choppedOne 8 ounce can of tomato sauce
Brown the ground beef. I usually cook the onion with it. Drain.
In a big pot (or a crock pot), add the ground beef, the onion, the cans of beans and tomatoes, and tomato sauce, the chili powder or seasoning, and let flavors meld together for a couple of hours on low heat. Fast, easy, and yummy on a cold day, or at a gathering!
Serving Size: Makes about 12 One-Cup servings
