Crazy Chocolate Cake (no eggs or dairy)

Dry Ingredients:1/2 tsp salt1 tsp baking soda3/4 cup sugar1 1/5 cups flour3 tbs unsweetened cocoa powderWet Ingredients1 cup cold water1/3 cup canola oil1 tsp vanilla extract1 tbs white vinegar
**Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray a bunt pan with pam cooking spray. Wipe out any excess.
**Mix all dry ingredients together in a separate bowl. Make a well in the middle.
**Combine all wet ingredients and pour into the well of dry ingredients. Mix with a fork until smooth.
**Pour into pan, bake for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
**Once cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar (not calorie counted) or whatever you wish.
Serving Size: 8 servings (1/8 of a bunt cake)
