Dukan Friendly Cheesecake

0% plain or Vanilla yogurt- 6 oz Oat Bran - 6 TBSP Cinnamon, ground - 1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground - 1/4 Vanilla Extract - 1/2 tsp Lemon Juice - 3tsp Low fat or fat free cream cheese - 4oz One Egg white Truvia Baking Blend - 1/4 cup
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
CRUST
Mix together 3oz of the yogurt, 1 tsp of the truvia cinnamon, nutmeg, and oat bran.
Press in the bottom of a well greased 4x8 pan
Pie
Using a hand mixer blend together cream cheese, remaining sugar, and vanilla. Once blended add lemon juice and egg white. Pour on top of crust. Bake for 20-30 minutes, or until center is set. Let pie cool at room temperature for 30 minutes, and then finish cooling in the refrigerator for two hours before serving. Slice into 6 pieces and serve.
