9 large eggs1/2 c. sugar1.5 t nutmeg1.5 t cinnamon1 qt light cream or milk (2%)1 T vanilla extract1 cup Post Grapenut Cereal
beat eggs and sugar together, add rest of ingredients (except for the cereal )beating after each addition. Spread the cereal in the bottom of an 8x8 pan and then pour the liquid over the cereal. Place the pan in a water bath (1" of water in the pan).
Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 45 minutes to an hour or until custard is firm but not over cooked.
