Banana and Honey French Toast

Ingredients
1 small brown banana (the more ripe the better)2 eggs1 t honey1 t cinnamon4 Slices of Bread
Directions
This makes 4 Slices, one serving Per Slice.

1. Mash up the banana, the less chunks the better.
2. Stir in 2 eggs
3. Add in Honey and Cinnamon
4. Stir until well mixed
5. Put the bread into the egg mixture until coated well. Place on warm skillet and golden brown.
6. Serve with a small amount of butter if you choose to.
