1 Baking Apple (Granny Smith or favorite)1/2 tsp. butter1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar Splenda1/8 tsp cinnamon,groundfreshly grated nutmeg to taste
Directions
Core apple. Place in microwave safe dish and fill the cavity with the remaining ingredients.

Microwave 3-4 minutes until desired tenderness is achieved.
