Vegan chocolate chip pancakes

Ingredients
1c All purpose flour1c Oatmeal (ground to flour)1tsp baking powder1tsp baking soda1 1/2c unsweetened soymilk1tbsp unsweetened applesauce1tbsp veg. oil2tbsp Agave1/4c mini rice milk chocolate chips
Directions
Grind the oatmeal down to a flour using a spice grinder. Add all ingredients together in a bowl, whisk to remove most of the lumps. Ladle 1/4c portions into a medium-high heat pan. Wait until lots of bubbles have formed on the surface then flip.
