Ingredients
Dashing Dish. My alternations: 3 scoops designer whey protein powder, 2 4 oz containers of unsweetened apple sauce, one Gerber 2nd baby food in banana flavor, and 2 tbsp ground flax seed. I made 18 muffins instead of 12. Comes out to 120 calories per muffin. Took longer than 10 minutes to cook - probably an extra ten after I added the chips on top (so 20 total).
