Roasted Parmesan Red Potatoes

Ingredients
5 medium red potatoes (500 grams)1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/4 tsp garlic, ground1/4 tsp black pepperPaprika, ground
Directions
1. Clean potatoes and cut into bite-size pieces.
2. Combine all ingredients except Paprika in medium bowl, stir to coat potatoes well.
3. Place potatoes in a baking dish & sprinkle Paprika on top.
4.Bake at 350* for 30-45 minutes, until cooked through.
