1 Tbsp yeast1 tsp sugar~3/4 cup warm water1 cup white flour1 cup whole wheat flour (can use all white but may change the nutrition)1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil1/4 tsp salt1 cup of Ragu robusto spaghetti sauce strained to remove a little excess water (or your choice of pizza sauce)2 cups shredded mozzarella (part skim)~30 slices of turkey pepperoni
Directions
preheat the oven to 425

mix together yeast, sugar and 1/4 cup of water in a bowl until dissolved. Set aside ~5minutes for it to become bubbly.

Place flour, whole wheat flour, salt, and oil in a food processor and pulse a couple of times.
After 5 minutes add the yeast mixture to the blender as well and turn on, slowly adding the additional warm water until a ball of dough starts to form. Let the ball revolve around the processor at least 30 times to knead the dough. Remove the dough and form into a ball and place it in the middle of a large pizza pan (sprayed with cooking spray) and then cover it with a bowl or towel and allow it to rise for 10 minutes.

spread pizza crust out in the pan, spread the sauce on the crust, and cover with the cheese and pepperoni or other toppings

place in the oven for 15-20 minutes (@425)
