Ingredients
1 cup dry quinoa2 cups water1 tsp cinnamon (ground)1 tsp nutmeg (ground)1 tsp ginger (ground)1 1/2 tsp zero calorie sweetener (Splenda)20 g raisins (about 28 raisins) 5g pecan halves (about 4 pecan halves) (crushed)
Directions
Cook quinoa to package instructions, adding all spices to the water while cooking. Add raisins and crushed pecans after quinoa is cooked. Stir and enjoy!
