clean eating whole wheat bread

Ingredients
3 c whole wheat flour2 tsp yeast1 tsp kosher salt2 tblp honey2 table olive oil
Directions
mix 1 3/4c warm water, flour and yeast in a small bowl. let rise until mixture is double.
combine remaining ingred with dough and knead by hand or with bread maker until dough is sticky. if kneading by hand, let rise for 30 min, knead again and raise 30 more min. if using a bread maker, let rise once, than put it in standard loaf pan to rise 30 min.
bake at 350 F for 40 min.
