Carrot Salad

Ingredients
3 cups/handfuls Baby carrots1 cup/large handful Arugula1 Ciabatta bun3 TBS Italian dressing1/3 cup/a splash Tomato/marinara sauce
Directions
Dice/blend/mix raw carrots and green until chopped finely. DO NOT BLEND INTO PASTE.

Toast the ciabatta bread(or regular whole wheat) with a little olive oil(small amounts of healthy fat help with nutrient absorption).

Drizzle Italian dressing on salad(+1 for nutrient absorption).
