Sugar-free Fudge

Ingredients
4 squares of baking chocolate (unsweetened)2 cups of splenda2 pkgs of 8 oz. cream cheese2 tsps. vanilla extract
Directions
chop chocolate and melt in microwave safe bowl for 1 minute then stir. soften cream cheese at room temp for several hours or you can soften in the microwave for 1-2 minutes. place all ingredients in mixing bowl and blend together, finishing on high to make it creamy. I place plastic wrap in a glass pie plate and lightly spray it with non-stick spray then spread the fudge evenly. refrigerate for 4 hours before cutting into 2 inch squares.
