Ground beef, lean, 1 lb, brownedChuck roast, 1.5 lb, previously slow-cooked and shreddedOld-fashioned sausage, cut into bite size pieces and browned4 cans diced tomatoes1 red onion, diced2 Jalapeno Peppers, seeded and minced in food processor2 Hot Chili Peppers, seeded and minced in food processor1 Cubanelle Pepper, diced1 Poblano pepper, diced1/2 8 oz box of mushrooms, quartered4 sprigs fresh cilantro
Combine all ingredients in slow-cooker. Set to low for 2 hours or until heated through.
