Guiltless Apple Crisp (GF & vegan)

Ingredients
3 medium Granny Smith apples, skin on, cored and cut in very thin slices. 1 lemon juiced 100% pure maple syrup amber, 2 tbspOrganic light brown sugar, 4 tspGF Muesli (Bobs red mill)Cinnamon & nutmegEarth Balance Natural Spread (soy free) 2 tbsp
Directions
In bowl combine apple slices, lemon juice, 1/2 of cinnamon & nutmeg.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
In sautée pan melt 1 tbsp Earth Balance, add apple mixture, with maple syrup & 1 tsp of brown sugar, heat on medium heat until apples are softened, stirring frequently so they don't scorch.
In bowl combine 1 tbsp melted Earth Balance, muesli,
Remaining brown sugar, cinnamon & nutmeg.
Scoop apple mixture into 4 ramekins, then top with crumble mixture. Place all 4 ramekins on baking sheet and put in oven for 20 minutes.
