1 lb Ground Beef 93% Lean1 tbsp Olive Oil.5 cup Onions, raw, chopped.5 cup, Celery, raw, diced2 tsp Garlic, minced.5 cup Flax Seed Meal (ground flax)2 cans Beef broth, bouillon, consomme1 can Del Monte Diced Tomatoes, No Salt Added1 package (10 oz) Mixed Vegetables, frozen2 tbsp A1 steak Sauce 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce .25 cup Red Wine (optional)3 tsp McCormick GrillMates Montreal Steak Seasoning, 1 Bay Leaf1 bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon granules, low sodium
1. Brown ground beef in olive oil
2. Add onion and celery cook until soft
3. Add garlic and flax cook 1 minute
4. Add all the rest of the ingredients and simmer 15 - 20 minutes until veggies are soft
