Pork Tenderloin Roast

Ingredients
2 pounds pork tenderloinRub: 2 Tbsp. flour1/2 tsp. Splenda sugar blend for baking1 tsp. dijon mustardSauce:1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/3 cup Splenda brown sugar blend2 tsp. cider vinegar1/4 tsp. ground cloves
Directions
Place tenderloin in pan. Combine the rub mix and rub on pork. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, then combine sauce and pour over tenderloin. Continue to bake for 1 1/2 hours.

This can be done in a crockpot on low for 6 to 10 hours. Just add sauce halfway through.
