French Toast:2 Slices Glutenfree bread (I used Udi's whole grain bread)1 teaspoon olive oil3 egg whites1/4 cup almond milk unsweetened (or coconut milk)1 teaspoon Cinnamon1/2 teaspoon vanilla steviaFruit bowl:1/4 cup of watermelon,diced1/4 cup of pineapple, diced1/4 cup grapes, whole1 piece Wegmans Organic Food You Feel Good About Uncured Bacon, Apple Wood Smoked
Dip bread into egg mix, flip bread several times to coat, then let egg mix drip off. Place in med-hot pan. Cook on one side for about 5 min, flip and cook on other side for 5 min. Continue cooking each side till lightly browned.
Cook bacon in oven according to directions on package.
Dice watermelon and pineapple. Toss in a bowl with grapes.
