Tomato Cucumber Raita

Ingredients
1 cup plain yogurt1/2 cup finely chopped peeled cucumbers3 chopped seeded plum tomatos1/4 cup finely chopped red onion1 tablespoon dried mint Flakes (2T if you use fresh)1 teaspoon ground cumin1/4 teaspoon saltPepper to taste
Directions
combine all ingredients in bowl, mix together well, cover and chill until ready to use.

Serving Size: Serves 4 (approx 1/2 cup)
