Meat Pierogi Filling

Ingredients
1 lb ground beef, cooked and drained1/2 large onion, rough chopped1 T dried parsley1 t salt1 egg3/4 c chicken stock
Directions
Brown the ground beef and drain well. While the beef is browning, rough chop the onion.

Add the onion and browned (drained) beef to a food processor. Pulse lightly a few times. Add the salt and parsley and pulse a few more times. Add the egg and chicken stock and pulse a few last times.

Add 1 t to each pierogi dough round to make the pierogis.

Serving Size: Makes 50+ pierogis
