Ingredients
1/4 c Brown Sugar 1/2 stick Butter, 1 Egg 4 oz unsweetened applesauce 1 t. Vanilla Extract, 1/2 c dry Oats1/2 oat flour2 oz desiccated coconut 2 oz. chopped dark chocolate (optional)
Directions
Cream butter, egg,sugar, vanilla and applesauce together. Add dry ingredients, place in lightly buttered 8 inch pan. Top with chopped choclate pieces if desired. Bake at 350 F for 30 minutes. These are like brownies in texture, and my kids love them.
