Maththa Aloo / Matha Aloo / ButterMilk Potatoes (1srv=1cup)

Ingredients
Chhachh Salted Thin (from full milk curd), 8 cup Baked Potato (baked potatoes), 1 potato (2-1/3" x 4-3/4") ghee (1 Tbsp. = 15 ml), 0.3 serving Mustard seed, yellow, 0.75 tsp Turmeric, ground, 0.5 tsp *Besan (Gram Flour), 0.06 cup - 1 tbsp
Directions
Beat Besan with little water. Beat With Chhachh / Maththa. Keep aside. Mash Potatoes. Keep Aside.

Heat Ghee in Pan. Add Mustard Seeds, Turmeric. Add Mashed Potatoes. Roast a little. Add the Maththa+Besan Combination. Bring to Boil. Done.

Besan is optional. It is added just to make the buttermilk look more consistent after boiling.

This is supposed to be a watery dish, not thick at all.
