6 large eggs ~ Scrambled in bowl with 1 Cup 1%milk and1 Tbsp vanilla1 tsp nutmeg1 tsp cinnamon1 loaf chuncked french toast cinnamon breadcooking spray13x9 baking dish1 packet splenda ~ mixed with 1 tsp Cinnamon
in 13x9 baking dish prepared by sparaying with cooking spray, chunk loaf of bread. In bowl scarmble together eggs, milk, vanilla, nutmeg and cinnoman. Pour over bread. Use back of spoon to push bread into egg so the bread becomes wet with mixture. make sure all the bread is wet. Sprinkle Spenda and Cinnamon mixture evenly over top. Let sit for one hour or over night in refridge. Bake at 350 for 45 to 55 minutes uncovered.
