Jalapeno Popper Wonton Cups

4 ounces light cream cheese1 small chipotle in adobo sauce (this is 1 chipotle pepper not 1 whole can)2 tablespoons canned jalapeno peppers, chopped8 square wonton skinscooking spray
Spray the muffing pans with cooking spray then lay wontons out on the pans. Push them down in the middle a little.
Pulse your cream cheese and chipotle together in a processor. Add your chopped jalapenos and mix it all together. Put a small spoonful in the middle of each wonton. Bake for 10 minutes at 400 degrees
