Bacon Wrapped Crockpot Porkchops

Ingredients
4 boneless pork chops1 can campbells golden mushroom soup1 can campbells french onion soup1 container (6oz) fat free plain greek yogurt8 pieces turkey bacon
Directions
Stir soups and yogurt together
Wrap pork chops in 2 slices raw bacon
Place half soup mixture in crockpot, place pork chops on top, cover with rest of soup mixture
Cook on low for 6 hours.
