Paella

Ingredients
2 tsp Olive Oil8 oz Turkey Kielbasa (sliced)1 cup White or Spanish Onion (chopped)1 cup White Rice1 - 14.5 oz Can Chicken Broth12 oz Shrimp (Peeled and Deveined)1 - 6 oz jar of Sofrito Sauce3/4 cup Frozen Peas1/4 cup Fresh Parsley (chopped)
Directions
Makes 4 Servings

1. Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add kielbasa and onion and sautee for 3-4 minutes until onion is golden.

2. Add rice, broth, and 1/2 cup water to pan. Bring to boil, cover, and reduce heat. Simmer for 17 minutes. Rice will be almost tender.

3. Add shrimp, cover, and cook for 2 minutes.

4. Stir in sofrito sauce and peas. Cook and continue stirring for 1-2 minutes until rice is tender and shrimp is cooked.

5. Remove from heat and sprinkle on parsley.
