Buffalo-Chili Mini Meatloafs

Ingredients
2 lbs Ground Buffalo1 Packet of Lipton Onion Soup mix4 oz Heinz Chili Sauce¼ cup Egg Beaters½ cup Whole Wheat Crackers
Directions
Preheat oven 350°

Crumble up crackers, then mix into the ground buffalo, onion soup mix, chili sauce (save a tablespoon), and egg beaters all in a bowl. Divide the mixture into 8 equal portions form balls and place in muffin pan. Press top down slightly and smear a little bit of chili sauce on top then pour a very small amount of water in bottom of each muffin cup(approx 2 T in each cup).

Bake in oven for 35-40 minutes on 350°.
