Ingredients
32 oz 93% lean ground beef (may use turkey)2 cans corn (undrained)1 can kidney beans (undrained)1 can black beans (I like reduced sodium) (undrained)1 can RoTel diced tomatoes and green chilis1 small can of Jalapenos2 packets reduced sodium taco seasoning (or make your own)
Directions
place all ingredients in the crockpot, stir occassionally. The longer it cooks the better the flavor!
