Ingredients
2 slices sara lee multigrain 45 cal bread1/4 cup egg substitutesmall splash half n half1/2 tsp vanilla1/4 tsp ground nutmeg1/4 tsp ground cinnamon1/8-1/4 tsp ground cardamom seed1/4 c cracker barrel SF syrup
Directions
mix egg sub, creamer and spices together..dip bread into mixture, cook in non stick skillet about 2 min each side..serve with or without the syrup.
