Fry quorn mince, garlic, chilli, hoisin sauce, rice wine vinegar with sml amount of oil for 2-3 mins.
Meanwhile, cook noodles in boiling water for 4 mins.
Add mange tout, pak choi, beansprouts, spring onions and fry 2-3 mins.
Drain noodles, stir in a small amount of oil. Add noodles to mince, stir through and serve.
