Hungry Girl Cheeseburger Quesadilla

100 calorie ground beef or turkey meat2 tbsp chopped white onion1 large wheat flour tortilla1/3 cup Shredded Cheddar cheese 1 tbsp dill relish1 tbsp Yellow Mustard1 tbsp Ketchup3/4 cup Chopped Lettuce
Bring a nonstick skillet to medium-high heat. Cook and stir onions until softened, 3-5 minutes. Set aside on separate plate.
On a microwave safe place, microwave meat batty for 1 minute, will be slightly browned,chop into bite-sized pieces, drain any excess fat/water
While the meat is browning lay tortilla flat on the counter top, spread mustard, ketchup, and relish on the tortilla, add onion, place in already heated skillet. Add the crumbled pieces of meat and add cheese to one half side of the tortilla, lastly add lettuce. Fold the tortilla in half and let cook for no more than 5 minutes. Try to flip tortilla so both sides get nice and crunchy. Cut in half and enjoy!
