"Bulletproof" Chocolate Delight

Ingredients

1 tbsp Coconut Oil1 tbsp grass-fed butter2 tbsp Cocoa Powser2 packets Steviadash of salt10 'truffle' candy cups (paper, looks like cupcake wrappers) or a candy mold with 10 spots
On a cookie sheet, lay out the candy cups.
In a glass measuring cup, mix cocoa powder & Stevia together with a fork until all lumps are worked out.
Heat coconut oil and butter over low heat until melted.
While stirring the powder, add the melted oils.
Mix well.
Pour chocolate into mini paper candy cups.
Let set for a few minutes to cool & then pop into the fridge or freezer to set.
Keep refrigerated/frozen until ready to eat. I store mine in a Tupperware container in the fridge.
