Tomato Soup

Ingredients
2 T Butter2 T flour1 small diced onion2 28 oz cans of organic tomatoespinch of clovessugar to taste
Directions
melt butter in stockpot, saute onions and cloves until clear. Add flour and make a roux, medium brown color. Slowly add chicken broth while whisking.
Add in tomatoes, cover and cimmer for 20 minutes. Blitz with immersion blender until smooth. Add sugar and salt to taste.
