Kathy's Tuna Burgers with rice

Ingredients
12 oz can tuna in water1/4 cup panko crumbs1 cup white long grain rice1 stalk celery diced3 green onions - including green part4 T red pepper - diced4 T green pepper - diced4 T cilentro5 T egg beater - egg whites2 t yellow mustard or dijon if you prefer2 T worchestershire sauce1 t hot pepper sauce1 T old bay seasoning2 cloves garlic, finely minced
Directions
Mix all ingredients and let sit in refrigerator for up to 6 hours.
Form into 6 pattties. Spray skillet heavily with cooking oil Cook about 5 minutes on each side over medium to low heat. Spray tops of patties before turning over. Serve on a toasted sesame bun.
