Crustless Quiche Lorraine

1 10oz package Pederson's Peppered Bacon, cooked & crumbled1/2 onion, chopped1 cup shredded Swiss cheese1 cup whole milk4 eggsSalt, Tobasco, Pepper
Cook bacon and allow to cool.
Crumble bacon into bottom of greased pie plate. Top with chopped onion and shredded cheese.
Mix eggs with milk, salt, pepper, and Tobasco (to taste).
Pour egg mixture over other ingredients in pie plate.
Cook for 45 minutes in a 350F oven.
Serving Size: Makes 6 slices
