Ingredients
2 lbs beef, cubed2 cups diced potatoes8 oz dried lima beans2 tsp quick cooking tapioca8 oz tomato sauce2 cups baby carrots3 tsp brown sugar1 onion, diced1 cup celery, diced1 cup broth
Directions
Add all ingredients to crock pot/slow cooker on low for 4-6 hours.

If freezing for later use, freeze all ingredients, minus broth, in ziploc bag. Add broth when cooking.
