Enchilada Casserole

Ingredients
Ingredients:Ground beef, extra lean, 16 oz (remove)Beans, black, 1.75 cup (remove)La Victoria Enchilada Sauce, 3 cup (remove)Corn tortillas (Mission brand, extra thin, yellow corn, 6"), 3 serving (remove)Cheddar or Colby Cheese, Low Fat, 3 cup, shredded (remove)*fresh onion, 1 cup (remove)Garlic, 3 cloves (remove)
Directions
Brown ground beef, onions and garlic. Pour 1/4 cup enchilada sauce in bottom of greased 7 X 11 casserole dish. Tear 3 tortillas in half and place in bottom of dish. Add remainder of enchilada sauce and black beans with meat and simmer until slightly thick. Pour half over bottom - layer with half cheese and layre again ending with cheese. Cover top with greased foil and cook at 350 for 20 min. uncover for last 5 min - let rest for 10 min.
