Curried Chicken Casserole

Ingredients
1 C Long Grain brown rice, uncooked1 T Butter1 chicken bouillon cube (or 3/4 tsp bouillon powder)2.5 C water2 - 5 oz cans chicken, drained (or 1.5 C. cooked, diced chicken breast)1/3 C. raisins1 tsp curry powder
Directions
Saute rice in butter in sauce pan, stir in bouillion and water, cover and bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer covered 20-30+ minutes until rice is soft and water is absorbed. Stir in chicken, raisins, and curry powder mixing well. Cover saucepan and remove from heat and let stand 10 minutes. Fluff with fork before serving.
