Bisquick zucchini pie

Ingredients
3 cups diced zucchini1large onion1/2 cup grated Parmesan1/2 cup grated cheddar1/2 cup canola oil1 cup bis quick4 eggs, beaten1/2-1 tsp parsleySalt & pepper to taste
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in large bowl.
Pour into pie plate.
Bake 35-40 min
