I Head Romaine Lettuce (shredded)2 Medium or 1 large Beet (grated)2 Large Carrots (grated)1 Medium Cucumber (chopped)1 Yellow Bell Pepper (chopped)1 Green Bell Pepper (chopped)1 Red or Orange Bell Pepper (chopped)1 Large Onion (finely chopped)1 Medium Zuccini (grated)
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
2. Mix and refrigerate and eat as desired
